Welcome to the Desert Jet Maintenance Rewards Program (“Program”). By enrolling or participating, you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility The Program is offered by Desert Jet Maintenance, an FAA Part 145 Repair Station located in California.
Participation is open to individuals 18 years or older. The Program is void where prohibited by law.
2. Earning Points Customers earn 1 point for every $10 spent on eligible labor services (excluding parts, materials, fees, and taxes).
Points are credited after payment is received in full. Points cannot be purchased, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
3. Redeeming Points Points may be redeemed for gift cards, products, experiences, or other rewards offered by Desert Jet Maintenance at its sole discretion.
Rewards, redemption requirements, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Gift cards and third-party rewards are subject to the terms of the issuing provider.
4. Expiration & Forfeiture of Points Points expire 12 months after the date they are earned unless otherwise stated.
Points are forfeited if the Program is terminated, or if a customer account is closed, suspended, or inactive for 12 consecutive months.
5. Program Changes & Termination Desert Jet Maintenance may modify, suspend, or cancel the Program at any time, without notice and without liability.
If the Program ends, unredeemed points will immediately expire and have no cash value.
6. Taxes & IRS Reporting Rewards may be considered taxable income by the IRS and state authorities.
Customers are responsible for any taxes arising from participation in the Program.
Desert Jet Maintenance will report the value of rewards to the IRS and applicable state agencies if required by law (e.g., Form 1099-MISC or other reporting forms).
7. Limitations of Liability
Desert Jet Maintenance is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused rewards, or for errors in the calculation or crediting of points.
Rewards are provided “as-is,” without any warranty, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desert Jet Maintenance disclaims all liability for damages of any kind related to participation in the Program.
8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Riverside County, California.
9. Miscellaneous Participation does not alter or affect any other agreements, estimates, or warranties provided by Desert Jet Maintenance.
These Terms may be updated at any time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
