As Desert Jet’s Chief Operating Officer, Toby oversees the day-to-day operations of the company’s three business divisions and ensures the effectiveness and efficiency between cross-functional teams.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, Toby is instrumental in providing leadership and developing the culture around our core values, ensuring high levels of engagement throughout the company.

Toby’s previous experience over the last ten years includes the position of Director of Mission Control for a large national operator and operational control functions with a national aircraft fractional operation. He is a certificated pilot and aircraft dispatcher.

Toby is also a certified scuba diver and enjoys flying drones, biking and swimming with his two-year old daughter.
